Xinxudong Company started its construction at the middle 80s' of last century, covering an area of 1500 square meters. In it set up rock wool block and rock wool bar production workshop, rock wool pipe and glass pipe production workshop, silicate insulating pipe and insulating mortar production workshop, etc. It is the professional manufacturer of insulating materials.
Our main products are rock wool products, glass wool products, compound silicate, aluminum silicate products, new type PEF polyethylene block (pipe), calcium silicate, TF type hollow wall, warm-keeping and sound insulation block, etc. total eight major series and over thirty varieties.
The products of our Company carry out national CB/T11835-1998 standard strictly, product quality is inspected by random samples by the national quality testing center, Bureau of Technical Supervision, every index reaches and exceeds the national standard.
Our products are featured for keeping warm, heat insulation, sound insulation, no inflammation, no corrosion and moth resistance, etc. They can be extensively used in petroleum, chemical industry, power plant, burglary door used in steel construction buildings, etc. and the heat insulation positions of ships and vehicles as well.
Our products were sold to every Northeastern large and medium city, forming a complete set for imported equipment many times with some popularity.
In 2004, our Company introduced another hydraulic rock wool production line and polyurethane foaming machine, which solved the problem of ordinary rock wool production line can't produce high density rock wool block and rock wool bar.
The equipment can produce high density rock wool block and rock wool bar with thickness of 20mm-100mm ， volume weight of 60-300kg/m3. The annual production capacity is 100,000 cubic meters.
Polyurethane foaming machine is widely applied in heat/cold insulation engineering. It can produce foam to piping in a wide range of specification with wall thickness of 30-100mm. The foamed piping can be overhead or underground, which set the precedent of laying underground pipeline without trench needed.
Using the equipment to spray the roof, wall and floor can play the role of heat insulation and cold insulation.
In addition, anticorrosion and heat insulation engineering department was set up in our Company with professionals and professional equipment. We can undertake various rust removal, prevention of corrosion and heat insulation engineering.
In recent years, our Company actively took part in some heat insulation projects in revitalizing the Northeast and building new Liaoning. We have participated some anticorrosion, heat insulation and cold insulation projects in oilfield, power plant, chemical plant and urban construction.
